"I'm very glad that Samsung was able to collaborate with this program." - Leo Al-Hassanš„³
The vibrant pictures from the Quantum Leap Career Fair 2025 are proof of an electrifying event, buzzing with opportunity and connection.
š¼šš¼šššš!š Thatās the word many of our guests used to describe Quantum Leap Career Fair 2025, which we held on Tuesday, April 22, at the British Council.
One of the things that no one tells you is that no matter how good you made your bed yesterday, when tomorrow comes, youāve got to make your bed again.
And so it is with event production.
Weāve had recorded success with Quantum Leap Career, beginning from the first installment in 2015. So, one would think that such remarkable success would make producing #QLCF25 a walk in the park.
But not quite. We were tested at every turnā¦it took every ounce of skill and grit to bring this brilliant experience to life. I kid you not.
So the joy you see in the pictures is completely heartfelt.
I meanā¦how can I explain that X(Twitter) unexpectedly suspended SFANās official account without warning, putting the account on permanent read-only in the middle of ticket sales, less than 3 weeks before my big day? We appealed. But theyāve yet to resolve it.
As if that wasnāt enough, we had the dreaded speaker and employer cancellation! But despite all the trials and tribulations, with thanks to God, Iām happy to report that we scaled through, even beyond the expectations of many guestsš¤©

We couldnāt have done all this without the support of our strategic partner, Samsung, our speakers, the vendors that showed up, and electrified participants. Thanks to Linzy Joy for her hard work in hosting, Andy Mensah for donating to the event, Emmanuel Mbansi from PWI for the incredible efforts, Erin Porche for jumping on the PoS judge panel, and my foot soldiers, who worked very hard as well (Delight, Justice, Lucie, & Esther). Honorary mention goes to my girls, Ashley and Pipi; board of advisory member Tracy Kyei, and my former creative director, Tosin. Thanks to the British Council for allowing us to use the beautiful facility again this year. Itās always a community effort. And Iām thankful.
This event will be evergreen in my memory. And I should also tell you that hosting an event a day after an Easter holiday could mean 30% more workš Just saying.
