NASDAQ selects SFAN
I'm thrilled to finally announce that we've been selected by the Nasdaq Entrepreneurship Center for Fall 2022 Milestone Makers.
SFAN, the education company that unlocks the potential of Africa’s young geniuses, has been selected for Fall 2022 Milestone Makers by the Nasdaq Entrepreneurship Center.
Launched in 2016, The Nasdaq Milestone Makers program handpicks a small cohort of elite entrepreneurs worldwide to receive individualized business mentoring, coaching, training, and resources at no cost. The program aims to help entrepreneurs set, hit, and celebrate milestones critical to company growth.
Participants are matched with coaches and mentors who are leaders in their industry and given access to customized resources that meet each founder’s needs. Subsequently, Milestone Makers return to teach, share, and nominate the next cohort of great leaders.
The Fall 2022 cohort supports entrepreneurs with companies focused on Quality Education for All (#4), Decent Work and Economic Growth (#8), and Gender Equality (#5).
Stars From All Nations is joining the cohort with a bold mission to unlock the potential of Africa’s young geniuses by helping them turn their passions into businesses and fulfilling careers.
SFAN believes that young people are smart and if given the skills and opportunities to engage the real world, magic will happen! The team’s work stems from a desire to raise the next generation of leaders that will contribute to creating the most incredible economic phenomenon the world has ever seen on the continent.
The company’s signature initiative, ReadyforWork, is a digital career accelerator that uses Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to equip entry-level job seekers with skills and help recruiters make data-driven hiring decisions. Learn more:
